Judith Katz-Schwartz recently announced the adoption of Appraisal Course Associates (ACA) "Appraising Personal Property: A Core Course in Valuation Studies Featuring USPAP" as satisfying the AOA's member designation requirement for education in appraisal principles, theory, methodology, standards and report writing.

Taught by veteran course writers and instructors David J. Maloney., Jr., AOA CM, and AQB-certified USPAP instructor, Bill Novotny, ISA AM, GCA, the ACA course provides a complete education in valuation studies, stressing the importance of ethical and professional conduct throughout.
