(FREDERICK,
MD Sept. 20, 2007) Recognizing
the benefit of a standardized and constantly-updated
core course in personal
property
appraisal principles and methodology, AOA Pres.

of Appraisal
Course Associates (ACA) "Appraising
Personal Property: A Core Course in Valuation
Studies Featuring USPAP" as satisfying the
AOA's member designation requirement for education
in appraisal principles, theory, methodology,

Taught by veteran

material and are impressed by its completeness
as well as the qualifications of its instructors," said
Ms. Katz-Schwartz.
An IRS-recognized 501-c(6) not-for-profit
educational association, for a modest membership
dues of
only $60 per year, the Association of Online
Appraisers provides its members with ethical
as well as performance standards with which to
practice to the highest level of professionalism.
The AOA also bestows the Accredited Member
and Certified Member levels of designation upon
members who
so qualify.
"My partner, Bill Novotny, and I welcome
this important endorsement by the AOA," said
